Manama, Bahrain: Batelco by Beyon and Gulf Air Group have signed a five-year Master Service Agreement during Gateway Gulf 2026, in the presence of H.E. Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairman of Beyon Group, and Khalid Hussain Taqi, Chairman of Gulf Air Group, further strengthening their longstanding strategic partnership. The agreement establishes a long-term framework for Batelco by Beyon to continue supporting Gulf Air Group with telecommunications and digital services and includes a three-year minimum commercial commitment.

Under the agreement, Batelco will deliver an extensive portfolio of connectivity, cloud and enterprise solutions to support Gulf Air Group’s operations and continued digital transformation. The scope brings together fixed and mobile services, advanced networking, satellite connectivity and cloud capabilities within a single strategic framework, providing a strong and resilient digital foundation for the Group’s evolving requirements.

Building on the existing partnership, the agreement will also introduce new capabilities, including unified communications and messaging solutions. The unified communications solution will connect more than 1,000 Gulf Air employees across multiple locations, enabling more seamless collaboration while also supporting enhanced communications with customers.

By consolidating these services under a single Master Service Agreement, Gulf Air Group will benefit from streamlined access to Batelco’s broad portfolio with faster, more seamless service delivery. The five-year partnership reflects a shared focus on innovation and digital advancement, strengthening Gulf Air Group’s connectivity and operational resilience while supporting efficiency, collaboration and enhanced customer experience.

Commenting on the agreement, Batelco by Beyon CEO Maitham Abdulla said: “Our relationship with Gulf Air Group has developed over many years, and this agreement marks an important next step in how we support its technology ambitions.
